photo shoot ~ brenna’s senior portrait session

B02Happy freezing cold Monday, friends!  I hope you had a wonderful weekend.  I know I did!  My weekend was filled with time spent with with friends and family.  It was the first weekend I’ve had in awhile when I didn’t have a photo shoot, and it was fun to have the weekend off! :)

I thought we’d kick off the month of February by doing a week of fab senior session posts here on the blog.  First up is the absolutely gorgeous Brenna.  I loved this shoot!  We started off with this insanely cool car owned by a relative of Brenna’s.  I think I could’ve photographed her with that car all day long! :)

B08B20B26Brenna is part of the Mustang Pom Squad, and I had an awesome time photographing them at most of their football games last season.  It was a fun little change of pace for me, doing more action shots as opposed to posed portraiture.  I think it’s always good for me to step outside of my comfort zone a bit, and I loved many of the shots I captured of Brenna and her pom friends.  So of course we had to do some pretty posed portraits in her pom uniform.

B42B48bc2Brenna has one of my favorite eye-hair-color combos, with deep brunette hair and gorgeous green eyes, and I think the colors in this dress complimented her features perfectly!

B74bc1B89Brenna’s mom Susan just ordered a big 20×24 print from me of this image, and goodness, I love how it turned out!  I mean, look at her stunning smile!  :)B81Susan~

Thanks for having me do both of your kiddos senior pix!  I have truly enjoyed getting to know you and being your photographer. :)  You guys are awesome!

Thanks for making my job easy for me! :)
